At Dirty Dier’s Landscaping, we believe that a well-maintained property reflects pride, professionalism, and care. Founded in 2017 by owner Matt Dierolf, our company has grown from a single truck and push mower into a trusted local landscaping business proudly serving homeowners throughout the community.

Matt brings more than 20 years of hands-on landscaping experience to every project. Before starting Dirty Dier’s Landscaping, he worked his way through college in the landscaping industry, spending many years with Fox’s Lawn Maintenance in Berks County. During his time there, Matt became a crew leader overseeing mulching and trimming teams, where he developed extensive knowledge in landscape design, shrub maintenance, hedge trimming, and restoring overgrown properties. His passion for transforming neglected landscapes into beautiful outdoor spaces remains at the heart of the company today.

Matt also spent time with Marshall’s Landscape and Design, where he gained valuable experience installing patio pavers, planting shrubs and flowers, and maintaining nursery stock. These experiences helped shape the detail-oriented, quality-focused approach that Dirty Dier’s Landscaping is known for today.

What started as a small side business has steadily grown into a dependable landscaping company that now maintains over 25 properties on a routine basis. Even while working full-time as a cyber school teacher, Matt continues to personally oversee operations and ensure every customer receives professional, reliable service.

Family and community are important values at Dirty Dier’s Landscaping. Matt is a proud father of two boys and stays actively involved in the community as an assistant basketball and baseball coach with the Schnecksville Playground Association. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and continuing to grow the business he built from the ground up.

Alongside Matt is full-time contractor and cousin, Drew Harvey, who brings over two decades of landscaping experience to the team. Drew has worked extensively in the field through Fox’s Lawn Maintenance and West Chester University, developing expertise in lawn care, mowing large open areas, maintaining steep grassy hills, and detailed shrub and plant care. Known for his knowledge and passion for landscaping, Drew has spent years studying and cultivating his own plant arrangements and landscape designs.

As a father of three active children involved in youth sports, Drew shares the same commitment to family, hard work, and community values that define Dirty Dier’s Landscaping.

Together, Matt and Drew are dedicated to providing dependable, high-quality landscaping services with attention to detail, honest work, and customer satisfaction at the forefront of every job.
